Day 1: A Strong Start

It's time to make a real change.  For years I've been distracted by my weight.  I spent too much time thinking about my physical appearance, wishing I weighed less, or had more physical confidence.

It keeps me from focusing on more important issues and I have less confidence going into my work.  It's time to change that. I know it's not going to happen overnight, but today is the first of the last days being disappointed in my physical self.  

In 100 days I want to weigh 185, have better control over my mind, and an understanding of what makes me tired or awake.

  • Elliptical for 30 min 
  • Ran 2 miles

  • Breakfast: Starbucks Coffee, Reduced Fat Turkey Bacon sandwich
  • Lunch: Garden salad from Trader Joe's, Red Bull, 
  • Snack: Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte 
  • Dinner: Roasted broccoli & cauliflower, tri-trip steak 
  • Dessert: Night Time Tea
